This scolocite crystal appears to be holding an apophyllite party. The scolocite is about 6.5 cm long, and it is cover with very clear and very tabular apophyllite crystals. There is part of a second scolecite crystal (broken off) growing at right angles to the first one. I love this tabular form of apophyllite --- it looks so "unapophyllitic" to me. Outside of the second scolecite, there is no damage to this piece. 7.0 x 1.6 x 1.5 cm. A fun piece from India that I got MANY years ago.
